Domestic Shipping

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We currently provide FREE shipping via USPS.  Orders will typically arrive within 2-9 days in the contiguous 48 states.  Delivery delays can occasionally occur.  If you have a more urgent shipping need, please contact us for pricing.

Eargoods.com ships to addresses within the U.S.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Eargoods.com (Great Lakes Audiology, LLC) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Eargoods.com­­­­ (Great Lakes Audiology, LLC) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. You are entitled to cancel your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

The goods are in the original condition and packaging

You have a copy of your packing slip

The following goods cannot be returned:

Goods which are marked as non-returnable, that are personalized or customized, or are not suitable for return due to rapid expiration or due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please contact us for return mailing instructions.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
